Daniela, who is part of the Arthur Murray Manalapan team, has seen what dance does for people first hand. Dancing is a social sport that lets you grow into the person you’ve always dreamed of being. In the dance community at Arthur Murray, students learn to help each other become better dancers, more confident individuals, and comfortable in any circle or situation.
Not only does the physical nature of dance elevate mood and improve health, dance also allows people to reconnect with each other, rather than isolating themselves behind a wall of technology and entertainment. Dance reintroduces human connection to our lives, an element of life we may not even know we are missing in the first place.
